AAD Students Win Regional Odyssey of the Mind Competition! 
Seven An Achievable Dream Academy students in grades 3–5 won the Odyssey of the Mind Regional Division I Oohmotional Vehicle Problem on Saturday, February 25. Odyssey of the Mind is a creative problem-solving competition for students of all ages. The teams select a problem, create a solution, and present the solution in competition against the other teams. The Achievable Dream Academy team solved its problem by building and operating a vehicle that traveled a course and changed to display human emotions.

An Achievable Dream Academy and An Achievable Dream Middle & High School Make AYP
The two Achievable Dream academies are among the 38% of Virginia schools that made Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) under the federal No Child Left Behind program. The AYP rating is determined by scores on the Virginia Standards of Learning tests, graduation rates, and other criteria.
