An Achievable Dream (AAD) is a special program -one that captures hearts and motivates teachers and community leaders alike. Take a moment to learn about our program on these pages. We are confident you will want to be a part of the Dream yourself.
This page highlights of the secrets of success used at An Achievable Dream. Every aspect of our program is specifically designed to further the goals of our Dreamers and fulfill our mission of producing productive citizens. From uniforms, a longer school day, character and social classes, daily role models, and many more techniques, An Achievable Dream is creating a culture of success
An Achievable Dream currently fully operates an Elementary school (K-5) and Middle & High School (6 - 10). Eleventh and twelfth graders are enrolled with An Achievable Dream and attend Heritage High School as a "school within a school". Also operating within An Achievable Dream is our Night School for parents, Saturday School for students and a dual enrollment partnership with a local community college at night.
Our Dreamers are the motivation behind the program, and with every glance into their eyes, we find ourselves recommitted to our goal. Read about the lives of our students both inside and outside the walls of AAD.
An Achievable Dream has successfully closed the achievement gap between students of poverty and their more affluent counterparts. As an accomplished school that is addressing a problem affecting education across our nation, An Achievable Dream is a model for all communities.
Tennis is the only official sport at An Achievable Dream. Each student receives tennis lessons beginning in third grade and continuing to high school. Tennis was chosen as a core piece of the Dream because it reinforces the good character skills that are taught daily at An Achievable Dream.
As the network of graduates grows, so will our Alumni program. This page is filled with testimonials and memories from our alumni as they look back on their time at An Achievable Dream.
